It really is your typical Romance Story. Also it will just about take one hour to complete the entire Story. The Graphic looks like the Game is fairly old, the Translation however is great and there even is Voice Acting. Still for the 3 Euro you get a very short and average Story and the Main Girl isnt even cute. I mean a Grasshopper rly? The same thing also fits to all the other Characters in this Game they are all more like actual Monsters. In the End, I cant really recommend this since there are tons of better VNs out there. The game is almost fully voiced.Sadly, I have to say that I did not really enjoy this visual novel. The characters and the setting are generic. The story (what little there is) feels boring.. Shin Kamen Rider: Otome Edition. This is a joke, right? I hope I got this in a bundle. I hope I didn't pay actual money for this. Okay, so anyway, it's basically an extremely short Hatoful Boifriend, with disgusting characters, and a whopping 1 dialogue choice right at the end that determines if you get the gross end where you end up with the grasshopper-headed freak or get straight-up murdered.Don't pay actual money for this.. This game is essentially a test of the human phenomenon known as uncanny valley. The striking contrast of the horrific creatures versus their cute seiyuu is a sight to behold. I guess you could call this game gap moe in it's purest form. Gonna have nightmares over that kiss scene. 10\/10(but for real this is just a run of the mill school romance story except with a grasshopper and isn't really that funny. Just kinda mediocre. Can't wait for the otome version though. I suggest hatoful boyfriend if you're looking for a meme game where you romance non-humans cause that games 1000x's better in both comedy and story in general.). I guess this is what happens when you want to make a VN but your artist only knows how to draw bizarre or deformed monsters.IMPROVISE.ADAPT.OVERCOME.. For a short visual novel about dating a grasshopper, this was surprising well written.Once the absurdity wears away, there is a simple yet relatable and somewhat sincere story of love. It is nothing profound and will not leave you thinking about it after you're finished, but it is satisfactory for what it is.The protagonist isn't perfect, he makes mistakes and that hurts the people around him, this was a little refreshing and makes the story feel that bit more realistic. The voice acting and music is sufficient and although the character designs are great, the artwork is mediocre. The 2 alternate endings felt weak but I guess that isn't important.On the whole, Kokonoe Kokoro is definitely worth the cheap price tag if you are into this type of thing.. If you're looking for a Hatoful Boyfriend experience, look elsewhere (like, say, Hatoful Boyfriend). They literally took the script to a stock standard VN - including full Japanese voice acting! - and slapped some silly visuals on it to make it stand out from the crowd. The writing is terrible, even for your basic softcore trope-filled VN, hence the attempt to spice it up with Hellraiser-esque teachers and why-does-it-have-breasts grasshopper love interests.Did I mention this is a kinetic novel? It's a kinetic novel. There are absolutely no choices. If you're looking for a bizarre game with actual participation, go check out Hatoful Boyfriend.
